Sometimes we just don't understand each other, you and I. We talk as if we are on the same page when in fact I have already read the next chapter. Our perspectives are different; we are on different planes. It would be easy to let this come between us, to let it keep us from trying. But maybe, just maybe, if you listen to me, and I listen to you, we could build a bridge between us two. Then maybe, just maybe, in a chapter or two, you could understand me and I could understand you.
