Winter's Fruit

As the snow falls and the cold covers the ground, a sort of bleak mist can permeate the walls of the heart. It's easy to become blind to the simple pearls of life spread throughout all of creation in the midst of the bleak air. However, if you just opens your eyes, you can find that even in the barest of times, there is color and there is life; even winter bears fruit.
